Sia

Hidden under the forest canopy, the ancient city of Sia is today almost invisible to the passers-by. But once inside, its small senate house, its houses on the slopes, and its monumental stone graves gradually come into focus, surrounded by the fragrance of pine resin. High on the hill lie the mighty fortification walls, pierced by a monumental gate. Among the trees, several churches are witnesses to the arrival of Christianity in the region.
